The rooms are extremely well appointed for a historic building. The view is beautiful, and everything works. This is more than a hotel, it is an experience in a way of life that no longer exists. Good local Balti food options available as well at the restaurant which I appreciated. Wifi, hot water etc all perfect.

Warm welcome with choice of rooms. Deluxe had a better feel, design, was cosy with luxury carpet. High vaulted ceiling with lots of convenient charge points, great lighting and a large, clean upmarket bathroom with lots of toiletries. View over the lawn and towards the mountain. Preferred the location as was more remote and close to the river. Breakfast better than most with fresh melon and apricot juice available. Worth the additional cots for the experience.

The rooms were very nice, clean, and spacious. The guesthouse is in a very calm area, and it is a very nice walk to the main attractions in Khaplu, or a short drive. Most of all, the staff was amazing. Very kind, and super supportive. Great hospitality!!!
