“Metropole Hotel is one of those places in Murree that instantly makes you feel welcome. The check-in was smooth, and the staff remained courteous throughout the stay. Rooms were neat, with comfortable beds and all the basic facilities you’d expect. What stood out most was the location — just a short walk to Mall Road yet tucked away enough to enjoy peace and quiet. The mountain views from the property were a treat, especially early in the morning with a cup of tea. Overall, it’s a hotel that combines convenience, comfort, and value for money. It is an exceptional venue with an excellent staff, international cuisine, and a marvelous view. I took a large suite facing the mountains and was enthralled. I congratulate the managing director for his "over-the-top" attention to the finer points of hospitality.

Waqas was very helpful and made us very comfortable. From the get go he let us choose the rooms we liked and nothing was too much trouble for them. The location and rooms were perfect. The shower pressure is amazing as it’s cold in the morning and it had good warm water.
