I had an amazing experience at this hotel, which truly exceeded my expectations! While not located in the center of Krakow, the location is perfect — ideal for both drivers and those relying on public transport. Plus, it’s incredibly convenient for getting to the airport quikly, making travel stress-free. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The staff was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, adding to the warm and inviting atmosphere.     The location of the hotel was my number one choice and the...

    The location of the hotel was my number one choice and the security of the location was also the next and all of these were met.As I only need it for one night I did not bother at all about luxury but on the whole,the value for money was far much exceeded to my estimation as I can say and on that I say well done to the hotel.May be if they learn a bit more English as those who are at the reception so that communication flow will be great. There is also a service station which sells food in case you are late in checking in.I checked in after 10 pm. I liked it when the receptionist arranged for a Taxi to pick us up as early as 4 am and it was exactly as was arranged.Thank you very much and keep doing what you do best.
