beautiful place to stay. Rooms where spacious, very clean. comfortable bed spotless linen. Very nice spa, sauna facilities. Very good breakfast. Restaurant and bar on the facility are advantages. hotel is 5 min walk to Thermal facilities. Free parking. All staff are excellent.

Very friendly stuff and clean and modern hotell. The hotell restaurant offer a nice menu containing traditional and local dishes. The spa did add extra value after a day of hiking in the mountains. Also location is a bless, both for hiking and visiting places close by, like Zakopane located about 25 min away with car. Friendly stuff helped us to book attractions and proposed different activities in the area as well. Thanks, that boosted our staying and we did avoid some troubles too.

Location is away from the crowds and traffic jams of Zakopane center.The hotel is surrounded by pine forests and fields. Tatra mountains are visible from the hotel.The staff are friendly and helpful. Spa treatments are diverse and good quality , furthermore there are sauna and steam bad. The alakart restaurant offers variety of food and the duck dish we ate in the restaurant was the best one we ever had! There is also private parking equipped with safety cameras.

### Accommodation Review **Location** Very easy to find. Located close to the main street, yet the street noise is minimal—only noticeable on the balcony, not in the room. There’s a pizzeria right on the main street and a Biedronka supermarket nearby. 10/10 **Hotel** The hotel is very nice, with a new and cohesive design. Architecturally, it’s a beautiful place. The upstairs rooms feature amazing balconies, while the ground-floor rooms have small, cozy terraces. A security guard is stationed at the main gate until 10 PM. Although they don't provide detailed information about the accommodation, there is a contact number for the host, who speaks Polish and English. 10/10 **Booking and Payment** The process is quite complicated. There are definitely simpler methods than sending separate payment links and information about the accommodation and the codes for accessing the hotel. All information is provided in Polish and English. If you don't understand these languages, you might face significant difficulties accessing your room and the garage. 5/10 **Parking** Perfect, with an underground garage accessible via a code. Exit without a code. Accessible by elevator. 10/10 **Room Access** Accessible by elevator and stairs. The setup is simple and suitable for strollers, with no unnecessary stairs at the entrance or in the hallways. The apartment is 100% wheelchair accessible. Unfortunately, the elevator was out of service during our stay. 10/10 **Room** The room is beautiful, perfectly laid out, and furnished. The designer had great taste. Everything is clean and new. The kitchen is in the entrance hall but is very well done, not obstructing entry to the room. The balcony is perfect for relaxing, with two tasteful chairs and a table offering a nice view. The bathroom is nice and clean, though there was an issue with hot water availability—only available in the morning as the boiler couldn't meet the demand.

We had an amazing view of the mountains. The attic apartment was very clean and cosy with comfortable beds. Every guest can park in the garage under the buildings without a fee. There are 4 jacuzzi suites, we used them every evening, but we had not to wait for a free jacuzzi. The breakfast was delicious, we found it every morning at our door in a paper bag.

    “Our stay at this villa was fantastic. The house was spotless, tidy and fresh—exactly like the photos, if not better. The lady who welcomed us was incredibly kind, professional and attentive, explaining everything with a smile. The view was breathtaking—especially at sunset—and we truly enjoyed grilling in the garden gazebo while taking in that scenery. The outdoor area is peaceful and cozy, with plenty of seating and shade, and the indoor amenities were complete, so it felt just like home. The location is unbeatable: the ski slope is right next to the villa, and the cable car is literally 10 meters away. Easy access yet quiet and private. We highly recommend this place and would happily return.”

    The town is very beautiful and popular with tourists all over the country. We met some people who have been going to the same location for 17 years ! Excellent place to ski/snowboard and enjoy the best thermal pools in Poland !

    Very beautiful place.

    Very beautiful place. It's very close to mountains and tourist attractions. Stunning landscapes. My family had a wonderful vacation. I highly recommend this place! But there's one drawback: the smog from stoves and boilers in houses. It's awful. I was there in the summer, and the smog appeared in the evening and lasted until morning. It's impossible to open windows. I was lucky and rented a house high up on the mountain, above the settlement, but still, the smog was present all evening and night. In winter, it's likely that there will be smog throughout the day.

    Very nice small town.

    Very nice small town. Ski station is pretty large and comfortable. 10 min to Białka Tatrzańska. Roads quality in this town sometime require repairing. Internet and cell coverage can be bad or missing.

    Very rarely I comment on houses and hotel and I travel 2 times a month, honestly I can't find words for this house was the most neat clean and pro lux house that I have stayed the owners polite willing to serve you of course many thanks to the owners because it was to leave 10 in the morning 1/1/2023 and they told me you can leave 13:00 we understand that it is a special day, of course special reference to the espresso machine was perfect and you made whatever coffee you wanted
