I’m absolutely satisfied with this hotel. I’ll always choose it when I come to Krakow. Very cool staff, delicious breakfasts, I was most pleased with the cleanliness and disinfection of the rooms and common areas. Despite of the constructions and building works nearby, it was quiet. Krakow is a great city with lots to do.

Krakow is a great city with lots to do. The Jewish quarter for me was best. If you are going to Auschwitz-Birkenau make sure you have a booking before you go. As lots of the tours get cancelled last minute.

It was a lovely place just to wander round.

It was a lovely place just to wander round. We did a ‘Walkative’ tour of the Jewish district which was brilliant then my husband visited the Schindler museum - read the reviews first to see if it’s want. We had planned another ‘Walkative’ walking tour around the old town but unfortunately I wasn’t well so we just did one on our own a couple of days later and enjoyed a lovely sojourn in the sun at a cafe on the square just by the cathedral. Our apartment at the fantastic Stradonia apartments had a kitchenette so we ate in twice and at the Gate of India next door which was excellent and totally gluten free apart from the bread and the beer 🥲and an excellent meal. However all meals were eclipsed by a visit to the Pod Baranum restaurant just round the corner from the apartment. Accredited to the Polish Coeliac society, this was safe for me and totally fabulous but coeliac or not, it should not be missed and really has to be booked. I would also highly recommend the Stradonia apartments - well equipped, great staff, excellent position and totally safe.

A lot cleaner that I was expecting.

A lot cleaner that I was expecting. The cultural centre included historic buildings and architecture. The central square was very picturesque and pleasant to walk round. If you are considering visiting Auschwitz you must pre booked the trip and secure entrance tickets. It is not something that you can book last minute otherwise you will be disappointed.

Krakow is a wonderful city to explore and relax in. It's packed with history, delicious food, and beautiful sights, from Wawel Castle to Nowa Huta. Excellent transportation options. Of course, when visiting Krakow, make sure to consider the sites of historical significance a train ride away from the city.

Krakow is a beautiful city.

Krakow is a beautiful city. Old and historical a perfect getaway for 3 to 5 days stay. Checks all the boxes: architecture, food, nightlife, shopping, services, out of town excursions and amazing atmosphere. Walking in the old town feels like you back in time, the castle and horse carriages are giving impression of a fairy tale, variety of restaurants will not disappoint, and the magical night atmosphere with trendy bars full of people is so unique. Definitely a city to put on your bucket list !

This is the perfect hotel if you are attending an event at the ICE Krakow Congress Center. It is located just on the opposite side of the street. Buses and trams can take you to the city centre, and although you might get a room facing a busy street, those windows are very good for reducing the noise. You can barely hear anything from outside. Also, the Vistula River, with a gorgeous Wawel Castle view, is within a 5-minute walk. 24/7 Carrefour Express convenient store located less than 100m away.

The apartment was a good size, and the design was lovely. It was in a great location 5 minutes from the train station and a big shopping centre (convenient for groceries and cheap meals in the food court). It was also 5 minutes to the edge of the old town, and then an easy walk down the Royal route to the main square. It was great having a washing machine in the communal area on the same floor, and a clothes drying rack in the apartment. Street was well lit at night.

The property is based in Krakow city centre around 10min walk from the old town. Plenty of shops, bakeries and coffee shops near by. We rented a car and we had to pay for parking between 10am and 8pm however parking was cheap and we always managed to find a space right outside the apartment. The property has appliances and even tea and coffee to help ourselves. It was easy to find and using the codes and key-safe to get in the property.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast tasty and a good choice of products. Hotel is located at 15 min walking distance to old town, main train station, shopping mall as well as Schindler’s factory. There are many restaurants and pubs around hotel, if you want to still enjoy Krakow atmosphere but without crowds like in main square. Room was clean, not cluttered, simple but enough.
