Amazing place, very good facilities at the hotel like the termal baths where you can easily spent hours, with restaurants and bars available without leaving the baths area. Room itself was a big surprise, photos did not look great compared to what it was in reality, great view outside. Large bathroom, very comfortable bed, all needed amenities. Welcome, fruits, drinks and chocolates. Simply amazing place, expensive but worth the money. Great breakfast options, one of best I experienced so far. Super friendly staff. Great design and atmosphere and so much more

I truly never give out 10 points mark to nobody , we travelled all over the world sleeping in various 5 * hotels , so have a lot to compare it with , however this place was so pristine , simple unique , clean and appealing, made you feel welcome straight away, staff was friendly and helpful, chef 🧑‍🍳 was superb , our dinner was amazing so was the included breakfast I truly wish these people to keep the same quality of service and product for coming years, staying on top of ongoing maintenance and hope you will have full house all over the year …. ### Accommodation Review **Location** Very easy to find. Located close to the main street, yet the street noise is minimal—only noticeable on the balcony, not in the room. There’s a pizzeria right on the main street and a Biedronka supermarket nearby. 10/10 **Hotel** The hotel is very nice, with a new and cohesive design. Architecturally, it’s a beautiful place. The upstairs rooms feature amazing balconies, while the ground-floor rooms have small, cozy terraces. A security guard is stationed at the main gate until 10 PM. Although they don't provide detailed information about the accommodation, there is a contact number for the host, who speaks Polish and English. 10/10 **Booking and Payment** The process is quite complicated. There are definitely simpler methods than sending separate payment links and information about the accommodation and the codes for accessing the hotel. All information is provided in Polish and English. If you don't understand these languages, you might face significant difficulties accessing your room and the garage. 5/10 **Parking** Perfect, with an underground garage accessible via a code. Exit without a code. Accessible by elevator. 10/10 **Room Access** Accessible by elevator and stairs. The setup is simple and suitable for strollers, with no unnecessary stairs at the entrance or in the hallways. The apartment is 100% wheelchair accessible. Unfortunately, the elevator was out of service during our stay. 10/10 **Room** The room is beautiful, perfectly laid out, and furnished. The designer had great taste. Everything is clean and new. The kitchen is in the entrance hall but is very well done, not obstructing entry to the room. The balcony is perfect for relaxing, with two tasteful chairs and a table offering a nice view. The bathroom is nice and clean, though there was an issue with hot water availability—only available in the morning as the boiler couldn't meet the demand.

On arrival we were greeted by a friendly and efficient receptionist who directed us to our room. The room was bright,warm and spotless with tea/coffee making facilities and a fridge. The well stocked supermarket, which is part of the same building, provided us with whatever supplies we required including great beers and spirits. The fantastic ski storage and drying room is without fault and our equipment was also ready for the slopes each morning after the previous day's activities. Accurate directions from the receptionist led us to the bus stop for the ski bus. It is so nearby! Leave reception and when you reach the road, turn right and it is 80 metres or so to the stop, which is indicated by a small blue sign on the metal railing outside the adjoining hotel. This bus brings you to Terma Bania and the ski slopes, which is the first stop. Extremely convenient! The bus timetable is on the gable of the ski rental shop beside the bus stop. The restaurant which serves breakfast is fantastic. Once again, spotlessly clean and the staff are efficient, polite and friendly. There is a great selection of buffet fare which more than satisfied our appetites. We chose to eat here the majority of the evenings too as the varied menu also provided a fantastic meal and the drinks selection was great too. This coupled with excellent waiting staff made it a wonderful dining experience. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay here and have no hesitation in recommending others to stay here. As for ourselves, we are already looking forward to a return visit!

Wooow! Adam and Agnieszka were just amazing hosts, welcoming us with the biggest smile you can imagine. They were really caring and thoughtful, they even brought us delicious cheese made by their friend. They also really try to get in touch with thier guests. We spent time together, had a beer or two and lots of laughter at the fireplace. We were truely touched by their hospitality and it was pretty hard to leave! The campsite itself is beautifully located, close to the lake, with a small stream right next to it. We had a great time here, especially with the other guests who were also so much fun to be around. Thank you so much guys and good luck with everything in the future! Lots of hugs from Germany! ❤
