The location is superb to access the airport, with the availability of a shuttle on a regular basis plus the added bonus of a light breakfast from 3am. Room, bathroom is modern and extremely comfortable - both bed and temperature control fantastic. Quiet area.

Family friendly hotel. It was clean & everything worked. A matrass of the bed was soft. The staff was kind. I can say all the best about people who work in this hotel. During weekend stay, SPA wasn't crowded. Water was warm in swimming.

    If you book this “hotel” then you do at your own risk.

    If you book this “hotel” then you do at your own risk. It’s a house not a hotel, there was a shared bathroom right next door to their bedroom! No safety outside the bedroom it’s a 20 foot drop to the floor! You don’t pay at property you are driven to a cash machine and forced to pay cash!!! There is no lights or locks on your bedroom door, it’s filthy and smells of cigarettes. But don’t complain to booking com because their policy is the worst! Stranded at the airport over night and the customer service officer was absolutely unqualified he used the phonetic alphabet to spell his name using N for Nazi instead of November bearing mind we were in Poland! Totally unacceptable and very unhelpful. My partner has a medical machine that needs to be worn and he was totally unsympathetic no offer of a hotel close by just one five miles away! Which I had to pay again for! Never use them again rubbish

    The owner communicated with me over Booking.com and provided detailed description of how to get in and out of the property. The property was clean and it had all that we needed. The only regret I have is that we didn’t stay any longer. There was a lovely patio outside and a pool and garden area with a playground for kids (which we have 3). The lady who owns the properties was so lovely when I called her at 23:00 panicking about a taxi to the airport (when 2 companies cancelled on me). She said she would help give us a lift to the airport at 3:30am. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
