I felt so comfortable for a week Nidia’s apartement! There is a beautiful and well-equipped shared living room with kitchen on the ground floor, and a small shaded terrace. On the upper level is a large sunny terrace with comfortable armchairs. My room was spotlessly clean and quiet. It was a good feeling to come home here every night. The location is excellent, I could easily reach the beaches in the west by car, or to the east, Olhão and Tavira. Thanks to the host for thinking of every detail to make you feel comfortable and at home. Thanks to the lady who cleaned every day, did a professional job and was very kind! I hope to be back soon!

Monte Borboleta is really beautiful, in reality perhaps even more than in the pictures. Laurent thought of every little detail. We enjoyed everything including the comfortable villa and a wonderful terrace where we spent most of the time. The location was peaceful and nice. The pool area is great as well. We didn’t have a car but it was not a big issue as it was just about 10 EUR to get to Faro by Uber. I would love to return here one day.

The location was perfect for the main centre of town. However there is no parking at the hotel and as i travelled for carnival day it took me over an hour to find parking as the town was blocked off for the carnival. If you go to the carnival days then i suggest you either go a day early to secure parking near hotel or get there very early in the morning i.e. by 9.30 a.m. It's complicated as the centre roads get cordoned off so you need to be aware of this too. The lady at the hotel speaks French and Spanish so brush up on these languages however she was extremely helpful. There is no lift at the hotel so be aware of this too if you have difficulties with stairs. All in all a beautiful guest house.

This little house is in such a peaceful location. The bed is very comfortable and the sheets are nice thick cotton. We found it to be perfectly equipped and were delighted that pets are accepted. There are several walks in the area and the excellent Restaraunte de Querenca is nearby.

This is a lovely and clean small house. There is super secure parking for motorcycles behind a steel gate. Very modern fittings. There is a tub to sit in outside which was lovely after a day riding enduro bikes in 38 degrees. A 15 minute walk into town.

The place was a building site host was rude didn’t offer any water told us to go milk a cow if we could find one hast was living at property didn’t mention that in advert he had a a joining door to our bedroom could of walked in anytime did mention he wasn’t a serial killer and laughed making a complaint to FOS shouldn’t be on this web site

The appartment was lovely, we couldn't believe the facilities that we had for the price. We didn't see Lucy but Tony was very accommodating and welcomed and showed us around. Great place to stay, would recommend to anyone coming to the area. We definitely would have stayed longer if it was available. Would stay again if we came back.
