The hotel is ran by family. Sergio was one of them. Very Friendly and helpful. Loan me a bicycle for my camino. Drive me to restaurants, villa mendo for dinner and fetch me back. Btw, its a good restaurant!! Always greeted with smile and ready to help. Made me feel cosy, safe and like at home. Rooms and towels were change everyday. Toilet wash everyday! Theres a pool table in good condition to play for free Aircon working great! Room is spacious. Bed is comfy. Water heater works very well and fast to temperature i want! Water flow is very good! Buffett breakfast and ask for the aromatic expresso! Near to beach( a bar is available there) and Estela golf course

The staff was extremely nice and helpful. They went an extra mile to make us happy. The helped book train tickets to Bon Jesus, offered us coffee before breakfast was available, kept our backpacks when we took side trip. Room was clean and comfortable.
