Outstanding location. My lovely room had a little balcony with a view of the arch. The room was spotless and spacious and the cleaners did a great job daily. The fridge and desk were appreciated. Wonderful, friendly staff. The value for money was exceptional. Location was brilliant for morning running - hotel to the Belem Tower along the water and back is c. 15km; perfect!

The staff was very friendly. The receptionists (Enzo and the others) were always very helpful. They upgraded our room to superior room, because there was availability and the room was magnificient. There was a bottle of champaigne, mini wine bottles and snacks and all the minibar was free for us. We couldnt believe it! The room was big, always clean.

Top top top service and kindness from entering the lobby to leaving the hotel. Left our luggage at the hotel, did a tour around Lisbon and returned with an invitation to have a last coffee and snack before leaving. The hotel is very central and in walking distance to restaurants and bars.

    I spent nearly a week in Rui and Maria's lovely place with my Dad and had the best time. Everything we needed was right at hand. The pool is amazing, if cold, but that's a good thing :) Nice to have a car though, but Uber works so well in Lisbon, that it's really not a problem. Highly recommended!
