Our stay exceeded our expectations in essentially every way. The rooms are provided with all necessities, and are very comfortable. The house is spacious, beautifully designed and has a very luxurious feel. We got make good use of the patio and the pool, and although our stay was too short to take advantage of the roof terrace it looks very nice as well. The first impression we got from the listing definitely, although perfectly fine, doesn't do the place justice by a long shot. Additionally, Isabel is an incredibly caring and helpful host. She was very forthcoming in providing us with anything we needed, and even offered us a ride to the location our car was parked in so we wouldn't have to walk in the sun. All in all I couldn't recommend this place more. Me and my friends will definitely return here the next time we are in the area. Vincent, Carolina, Nuno and João

    The two best things about this hotel are the surroundings/location in the heart of the lake lands with truly stunning views and the well-thought architecture that allows you to fully enjoy the area from almost every point of the building, internally and externally. There are numerous species of birds to watch, sheep and cows, and hundreds of wild geese. Some rooms have open terraces with a lake view; however, the water sprinkler system works all wrong and turns every terrace into a swamp, ruining all the experiences.

    Beautiful location directly on the lake, wonderful view from breakfast/dining room. Nice breakfast buffet. Walks starting right from the Hotel. Close to Spanish border and other nice attraction, we enjoyed doing a night session at the Observatory close by.
