I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel recently, and I cannot say enough positive things about my experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by a staff that was not just helpful, but incredibly, very, and extremely helpful. Their dedication to making my stay unforgettable and positive truly stood out. First and foremost, the staff's positive attitude was infectious. They went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was perfect. Whether it was helping me with my luggage, offering recommendations for local attractions and restaurants, or simply providing a warm and friendly smile, they consistently exceeded my expectations. The attention to detail in this hotel was remarkable. My room was immaculate, and the amenities provided made me feel like a valued guest. The comfortable bed and tasteful decor added to the overall sense of luxury and comfort. I couldn't have asked for a better place to relax after a long day of exploring the city. One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional dining experience at the hotel's restaurant. The food was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. The waitstaff was attentive and knowledgeable, making dining here a true pleasure. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city. It was conveniently situated near many of the attractions I wanted to visit, making it easy to get around and see everything on my list. The hotel is brand new, the room itself was huge (we had the room with two beds level 2) so lots of space for luggage. Had safety box and plenty of space to hang clothes. No fridge or tea/coffee facilities. Filtered water available in corridor just near the lifts. The staff were all super friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself is not really near anything but you have Lidl supermarket across the road, some cafes about 5 mins walk (behind hotel) and a shopping centre a short drive away. You definitely need a car to stay here. Heaps of free parking behind the hotel. City centre is about 20 mins drive (on freeway and only cost €0.36 toll so don't bother going long way). Bathroom was large and super clean. Water pressure was amazing in shower. Hotel itself is wheelchair accessible but didn't see accessible rooms. Lifts are on the narrow side so check width of doors if you are a wheelchair user. Overall would definitely stay here again (as I usually have car).
