Beautiful place to be! Exceptional stay in the Castle, feels so special. During the time we were here a fest was happening in Palmela, which made the access to the hotel a bit difficult. However the staff was perfectly helpful providing tips and instructions how to get to the hotel still. The view is incomparable. The small restaurant in the castle is perfect for lunch or dinner, very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast has a lot of variety and the bread is extremely good!

Preliminary communication with the hotel was very good - quick and clear answers. Friendly and professional service on site. Check-in was simple and fast, even though there were 9 of us. Provided full information about breakfast and infrastructure. Breakfast is great, rich and varied. Large convenient parking. Everything in the rooms is compact and convenient. Nice lobby with the place to print if you need something. Clean both in the rooms and in the common areas. I recommend it with all my heart!
