Excellent location: metro station.(Sao Sebastiao) right in front of the hotel; provides access to the Red line, that runs from/to the airport, and Blue line that can be used to reach Orient train station. Another train station, Entrecampos, where you can catch trains to Sintra, is within easy 15-20 mins walking distance. Excellent breakfast, too. All you can expect from the European 4 stars class hotel, plus more (e.g. pastries and fruits were varied during our stay). Huge TV on the room's wall (if you are fan of it:))

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The hotel is in a fantastic location and is exceptionally clean. We had to adjust our booking at the last minute to include our daughter, and the hotel gladly accommodated our request. I highly recommend staying here and will definitely return.

Very nice hotel, the room was big with full of equipment, very clean, quiet and comfortable. The employees were very nice, helpful and professional. I had a special demand and they totally realized it. Metro yellow or green just 2-3mns walking, the biggest park of Lisbon too.. Very safe place. Everything was very nice I highly recommend

I like everything in the hotel! The place is fantastic - 1 minute walk to Avenida de Liberdade, very close to all sightseeing (walking distance), but the street is very calm, ni noise at all, and the whole district is very elegant. A lot of restaurants and bakeries all around - fine for breakfast, lunch and dinner! The hotel is very cosy, clean, the staff is highly kind and friendly. Everything is perfect and convenient in the room, the air conditioning works fine, it is possible to open the window which is great. The wifi works fine, there is a safe in the room, coffee machine and tea making possibility, there is a minibar, too. I have visited Vincci hotel not for thefirst time and in other countries, too, so I will go back for sure!
