This place is truly special — a beautiful project by Kristof and Koenraad that, as Koenraad said, comes straight from their hearts and is generously shared with other people From the main terrace, you can take in a stunning view of the entire valley. The grounds are gorgeous, and the pool is just perfect for a refreshing swim. You can also enjoy a game of pétanque while soaking in the peaceful atmosphere. Inside, the living room is cozy and welcoming, with incredible music playing — the hosts have fantastic taste. It’s the perfect spot to relax and gaze out over the valley. Kristof and Koenraad gave us a room with a balcony and a view stretching all the way to the ocean on the horizon. Everything was spotlessly clean and carefully arranged down to the smallest detail. Breakfasts were a real highlight — especially Kristof’s homemade pastries. Absolutely delicious! They also shared amazing local tips and recommendations every day, always checking in to make sure we had great plans and weren’t missing anything. Their care and attention were exceptional. I truly believe very few people in the world offer such kind of hospitality that Kristof and Koenraad do. If you’re looking for a unique and memorable for your vacation - this is the place. We stayed here for 1 night during our hike on the Rota Vincentina, and loved it!!! The caravan is so well-equipped, and one can really feel how it’s been done in a very thoughtful and creative way. The area is peaceful and quiet and yet close to São Teotónio. The hosts (and dogs) are so friendly and attentive, communication was easy and we were offered a pick-up for a small extra fee. Otherwise, it’s about a 30-40 minute walk from the centre of São Teotónio (which we did in the morning sun). We were provided the ingredients for a delicious vegetarian meal to cook ourselves and also a very elaborate breakfast, for an affordable price. We found our whole stay very cozy and comfortable, and would therefore come back and totally recommend it!

Since it was out of season we were the only guests but they still treated us so well. It is such a peaceful and quiet area I am sure that even with other guests around it will still be a beautiful and peaceful area. Breakfast was fantastic great granola and yoghurt, great coffee, meats and cheeses, fruit and bread and croissants all that can be toasted or as is and chocolate cake to top it all off. There are 2 pools that even in Feb looked clean and very inviting. They upgraded us to an apartment room with separate living room and kitchen - lovely private terrace area with deck chairs. Public areas absolutely beautiful like sitting in your own home, gorgeous fireplace that we didnt light as it was only us but it felt like sitting in your own lounge room. Highly recommend this place it was just wonderful.

Amazing Place! We have travelled to many places and this hotel gave us the best experience ever. From the serene & nature landscapes to the most kind and thoughtfull staff. We are members of an hotel chain and we are really happy to chose this hotel instead for this trip. The farm to table concept is very well managed. Breakfast has everything we wanted. The Sauna and ice bath are in pristine conditions. The rooms are very clean and decorated.

This is a lovely little place, tucked away in a secluded location close to the town of Sao Teotonio. We felt really comfortable here and we were able to make good use of the lovely outdoor kitchen. The whole site is well thought out and relaxing.
