Amazing location. Got a gorgeous room with a view over the lagoon, slept wonderfully to the sound of the lapping waves. The lobby, the bar, the restaurant were spacious, bright and welcoming, inviting to sit and relax. Got free local sweets, fruit, water in the room on arrival and a free welcome drink in the bar. Staff were very helpful and caring. Check out at 12 was very generous too, so we could make the most of our 1 night stay. We'll be back.

We spent a fantastic week in this spacious and beautiful accommodation, staying in a large room with a breathtaking sea view – simply amazing! Every morning, Vitor served us a generous and delicious breakfast, featuring freshly prepared Portuguese specialties made by his wife, along with eggs and vegetables from his own farm. Vitor was always available with helpful advice, which allowed us to explore not only the endless white sand beach and the local museum with its traditional Moliçeiros boats, but also the nearby nature reserve, as well as Aveiro and Costa Nova. What truly made our stay special was the daily exchange with Vitor, which gave us a deeper and more personal insight into Portuguese culture. Thank you so much for everything – it was an unforgettable experience!

The communication for this property was perfect and the host went above and beyond for our needs, purchasing fans during a heat wave for the house as we had a pregnant person in our group of friends. Location was great and peaceful, house was big, beautiful and very comfortable. 8 mins from the beach in a car and very close to a local supermarket. Kitchen was perfect for our group and there is plenty of outside space, including a large grassy garden which is perfect for family games like volleyball, football, Frisbee, etc. For a group of friends, (we were 8 people) there was no shortage of bathrooms.

Wonderful apartment, very comfortable, fully equipped, nothing was missing. Furnished with love, lots of beautiful details, very comfortable. We felt at home from the start. Great location, just minutes to the Atlantic. Also ideal for trips to Aveiro by ferry, or to Nazare and Obidos and Coimbra and of course Porto. Beautiful, large and quiet terrace with a fantastic view. Barbecue facilities on the terrace. Joana was very nice and helped us very quickly with any questions. We would book again at any time, even for a longer period of time.

Torreira is lovely - very little English spoken but locals...

Torreira is lovely - very little English spoken but locals are super helpful and friendly especially if you make an effort with Portuguese! French will also get you by. Torreira is quiet area with beautiful sand dunes and uncrowded fishing beach. Everything you would need within 5-10 min walk. Fabulous bakery close by and lots of great restaurants (especially the seafood one - need to queue to get a table!) supermarkets, chemist, post office (English spoken well here) and cafes. Can walk from one side of the spit of land to the other - 2 very different areas both equally beautiful. Would definitely return. (Taxis not easy to come by and unsure of public transport from Torreira). Sea is quite rough and swimming not often permitted except for a short stretch which is patrolled by lifeguards.

Amazing place! Very spacious and comfortable for our family 5 adults and 3 children. 3 big bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Outside space was great. Children really enjoyed the swimming pool! House was very clean and well looked after. Owners were amazing. They welcomed us on our arrival. They also helped us to plan our trips around Torreira. It was super nice that the owners bought for us some food for first night and morning :) Thank you!

I loved the location by the estuary, there is a mini store across the street, the staff was fantastic. I sprained my ankle in the morning and made it to this hotel, they supplied me with ice and helped me carry my food to my room. Parking is right in front of the building and they have an elevator for physically challenged like me today!

Great location and value for money. Super welcoming and caring hosts. The hotel is literally steps from the beautiful beach and surrounded by good selection of restaurants. Highly recommended for a lovely rural stopover.

Great location and hotel staff. The staff was always ready to help. Delicious lunches and dinners in the restaurant. The rooms are clean. I also think it was a big plus that you could stay with a dog.
