We had a wonderful stay at this new hotel. The room was very large, like an apartment. All the staff are very attentive. We would like to extend our sincere thanks to the Kaia staff (Nitesh and the other waitresses and waiters, the head bartender at the pool bar, and the lifeguard). We also offer a big thank you to the reception staff, who are attentive to the customer and responded to all our requests. We highly recommend this establishment and will return.

The room is enormous and comes with TWO toilets and a laundry and a kitchen and a bath and a bed the size of many hotel rooms. Big balcony also. The pool in the 9th floor is fabulous. Features high, price low. I recommend. We were given a sea view rather than a land view and a late check out which we appreciated. All the staff were very friendly.

The overall quality and service of the hotel was outstanding. Our room was very spacious and stunningly furnished (as is the rest of the hotel) with a lovely view of the bay and partial sea view. The entire team of staff consistently went out of their way to deliver a 5 star service in all areas. The food was lovely and the location of the hotel is great as it's right opposite Doha's largest mall (open til 2am!) and nearby to other attractions.

I liked everything in the hotel. The friendly level and the provisionally which was followed up and watched by the manager Mr. Ahmed Saeed and that what I saw with my eyes. There was a problem in bathroom (which was slowed later) but what I really liked how it was followed up and solved by Mr. Ahmed Saeed when he check the problem, recognised it, put the alternative solutions and carry it out all in 15 mnts only. I can’t wait to come back soon for the next occasion that I have to celebrate it there. Thanks for the ritz Carlton team and hope to see you soon. Best Regards
