The location is nice, for 10 minutes you are near the centre with a car. The hosts were so nice, they welcomed us with our dog with open hearts. It truly is so cosy and peaceful with them. Staying at Hotel Relax & Ballroom was a great experience, especially with the host's kindness. They were able to arrange a very late check-in around 2 a.m. The hotel entrance is secured by a locked door with an access code after midnight, so you just need to ring to get in. After getting the room card from the reception desk, it was straight to bed. What really made the stay exceptional was that they had left breakfast in the mini-bar for me to enjoy in my room whenever I woke up—a truly five-star touch. It's a top-notch place with warm, kind, and customer-oriented people.
