This hotel was exceptional, staff was extremly nice, i had to children under two, and the staff there was wonderful, got us an extra crib in less then 5 minutes even though it was not 100% needed. Rooms are very big and clean, and the beds were extremly good to sleep in.

Very well thought out bedrooms and bathrooms. Enormous bed (about 230cm wide). Breakfast up there with the best. Spa facilities were impressive (and good value at €12 per day). Convenient if you’re travelling by train (we were). We walked into the historic centre (c. 30 mins).

I loved the welcoming at the reception, the breakfast was really much better than in the picture and for sure the view from the breakfast area which is really breathtaking. The man taking care of the breakfast upstairs was really friendly with everyone and had a very positive attitude which is a good start in the morning for the hotel guests. The hotel is around 4 years old and to be honest I would give it 4 stars , it has a unique style and the position is also great. I will gladly recommend it

A really interesting city especially if you appreciate its history. Very to get to from Luton direct to Brasov airport Good public transport and inexpensive Uber and Bolt Very easy to get to Bran castle by bus Sighisoara and Viscri are an easy day tour and well worth seeing,

Climb the hill to the Brasov sign!

Climb the hill to the Brasov sign! You won't regret the views, hike. Great local food at Haplei restaurant. Parking is difficult in town so, getting around is not easy. We had heavy rain for 2 solid days so, our hiking excursions were negated (amazing hiking is nearby).

Brasov is obviously an old Germanic town.

Brasov is obviously an old Germanic town. The charming town centre is well preserved. Some of the Saxon walls remain.. Nice countryside around not to mention Count Dracula's castle nearby. At the moment the funicular/cable car up to Mount Tampa is undergoing renovation but there are lots of paths up to the top.

We saw too little of Brasov. The citrin hotel was in a great location…right behind the shopping mall. The hotel in very quiet…adults only makes a difference. Would like to come back sometime for a longer stay

Brasov is a romantic, vintage and full of art souls. Old town is a great place to hang out so many days. There are exclusive shops and outstanding gifts choises. I could find organic, healthy and delicious food. Also local food taste great. Walking any place is so easy. You need to try the best ice cream in the heart of the old town. There was jazz festival and I had chance to listen to Brasov flarmoni orchestra which was bonus for our trip. We stayed two and a half day but it never enough for us! I will definitely come back and stay longer. The mountain, forest and the weather was amazing. Brasov will be in my heart till I visit again🧡

Nice walkable city with an old town/ new town split.

Nice walkable city with an old town/ new town split. Good rail connections. Plenty of cafes and restaurants around. Uber doesn't seem to have a presence there yet but the similar company Bolt is available. Plenty of of other local taxi services as well. Depending how many castles you want to go and visit.. I think two full days is enough due to this being a smaller city, nowhere near the size of Bucharest. Bran Castle is a bit of a tourist trap but it's a fun half day out and the pretty town of Sinaia is only a short trip away. Word of warning...the cable rail trip to the top of the Tampa mountain to overlook the city is still closed for repair as of mid September 2025. It was supposed to reopen back in March but they seem to be having some technical problems

A lovely hotel a stone's throw from the centre of 'old' Brasov. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room on the ground floor was very cosy and well-appointed, particularly with a very comfortable bed! The copious breakfast was excellent, meaning only a very light lunch was needed during our outings in the day before eating out in some great restaurants in the old town.

Urban Drachenhaus Villa was excellent choice of comfortable and quiet place in the heart of the old town of Braşov. The room was clean and stylish, surrounded by trees with a green yard (backyard). The communication with the owners via Booking was smooth and we had every information we needed. We highly recommend the villa and would come again.
