everything a weary traveller dreams of; friendly efficient desk staff, clean, comfy bed, hot bath, airy room, good nights sleep, great breakfast! oh! one thing - only milk alternative was soya and I forgot to ask the waitress to shake the carton before she poured into a jug - ate a gloopy bowl of muesli - minor point but someone else might have complained.
