We stayed one night at the Brukenthal Palace while crossing Romania. It was a great experience. We had a tasty dinner from a menu with a wide choice of meals. The rooms were comfortable, the personnel - young, well trained, efficient, and friendly. We also enjoyed the variety they offered for breakfast: local products, very well prepared.

A perfect place for an overnight stop before starting the Transfăgărășan road, located very close to its starting point. We were a family of five, staying in two separate rooms. The host responded quickly to every request we had (even before our arrival) and was wonderfully kind and exceptionally helpful. From the moment you enter the apartment complex, you feel you’re in a private and safe area. There are facilities for young children, such as a slide, swings, and a trampoline, as well as a nice home pool for a refreshing dip (great for adults too). The shared kitchen is very well equipped, and there are plenty of tables in the yard to relax and enjoy the outdoors. The place is spotlessly clean (!!) and peaceful. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it!
