We went to SIghisoara to visit the Citadel and the old town and one day 2 nights was enough as we had visited Viscri, where King Charles has the house. Beautiful, charming, fascinating. We loved roaming the streets, eating, visiting sights, and learning about its history. Great restaurants and cafes. Friendly people. We were glad to spend more time here than in Brasov! Sighisoara is much more enchanting and walkable. If you have the opportunity, choose a room with the citadel view - it is not oriented to the main road and will offer you a beautiful view of Sighişoara. Although the rooms are older (like the whole hotel) we had everything we needed here. It's maybe a 5 minute walk up to the old town, but here you get to stay with modern comforts. There's a lovely pool and so many loungers, plus a bar area. I think it's the most spotlessly clean hotel I've ever been in. Rooms were really comfortable in a modern block. There's also a handy cash point attached to the hotel.
