Our recent stay at the Vila Panic was truly remarkable. Surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty, including enchanting waterfalls and invigorating hiking trails, this comfortable retreat met all our expectations. The house's location by the river provided a serene and tranquil setting. From moss-covered waterfalls to scenic hiking trails near the flowing river, the park's natural wonders were easily accessible (car + hike) and awe-inspiring. The house was comfortable and well-equipped, with a cozy interior and modern amenities. The proximity to the river added an extra touch of tranquility, offering a soothing ambiance throughout the stay. The hosts' exceptional hospitality and local knowledge enhanced the experience, making us feel warmly welcomed and ensuring a memorable visit. The location is excellent, the apartment is nicely decorated, newly refurbished some minor wear marks on the walls, it was quite a warm apartment as well. The host is great, he helped me with the payment for the on street parking.

Our host was such a warm-hearted woman, always ensuring that we had a good time. Even though we didn’t speak the same language, communication was always good. Although we arrived very early, she was very flexible and came to open the house for us. She prepared delicious Serbian breakfast with good coffee. She even arranged that a neighbor drove us to the start of the hiking trail, since we didn’t have our own car. Thank you for everything!

Beautiful flat located on the 4th floor of a new building (with a lift). The place is closed by the city centre (less than 10 mn walk), in front of Lidl opened everyday from 7am to 10pm and near by a commercial area with many shops, but the place is quiet. Easy to park a car around the building. The apartment is also well furnished with brand new furniture : very comfortable bed, nice and functional kitchen and giant tv screen with many foreign channels. Wifi connection and washing machine are good. The owner and his father are very helpful and friendly, they are always here if you have any question. The cleaning of the flat is also included. I spent one month here for professional purpose, they can give you an invoice if you need it. I highly recommend this apartment for a short or a long stay, you cannot be deceived.

Very comfortable room with bed, kitchenette with basic staff, bathroom with hot water and heating provided, very pleasant owner, I spoke with lady on the phone where in the first order I was welcomed very warm and after her employee took care of me with explanation of the apartment, if I come back to the area maybe I'll consider staying little longer, there is also restaurant where you can eat breakfast and dinner, there are also beautiful views on Stara Planina mountains and 15min by car to Babin Zub Hotel where you start trekking to Midzur
