The service is excellent and the food is phenomenal. The hotel is rather simple but has everything you need and this high service level is hard to find in Rwanda. Staff speak good English and are very helpful. They packed our breakfast early so we could eat in the car.

This is a very nice place to stay. The room was big, with a comfortable bed, a wardrobe, desk and chair. The bathroom is also very big and has plentiful hot water to the shower and the sink. The restaurant supplies very nice food and beer, and the breakfast is good. There was secure parking for my motorbike.

The staff were just wonderful - the owners worked so hard to make our trip special. My daughter's birthday was the day after we left but they made sure she felt special. This is a great place for families, solo travellers and those travelling for work. This is a magical place to experience Rwanda. The road can be a little difficult but managable. We stayed with our family in the cosy houses and made wonderful memories with the children of the village. The dry toilet and bucket shower add a rustic touch to the experience in the comfortable and spacious cottages. The best part of our stay was the wonderful host Francoise and friendly staff. It made the experience truly unique and memorable. We went back a second time because we enjoyed it soo much.
