William the manager speaks english and french. He is very reactive and helpful. The food was nice but above the place whre the lodge stands is perfect. On the lake shore with a sublime view on the volcanos for the sunset and the sunrise. A small piece of paradise. Highly recommended!

The location is great. The staff is very helpful & polite; they would go extra miles to assist you. Even the owner created a personal touch she arranged for us outdoor bonfire under the stars & forest surrounding that all of us throughly enjoyed. Wonderful place to stay. Jacqueline was so welcoming and helpful. The appartment has been beautifully finished and is very comfortable. Quiet and calm place to relax. Lots of amenities (microwave, fridge, gas hob, kettle, hot water). Tea was available on request. Breakfast was good and dinner especially good.

A recently renovated bed and breakfast situated in Ruhengeri, SAISH Stay features a bar. There is a private entrance at the bed and breakfast for the convenience of those who stay.
