I loved the design and the rooms, super comfortable and was upgraded to a room with a bath, very welcomed after some days hiking. The breakfast was outstanding, with a very friendly staff member meeting the needs of her clients.

The hotel is conveniently located with ample parking and an ICA supermarket just nearby. We were pleasantly surprised to find a Thai restaurant within the hotel compound, which was especially convenient given our dietary restrictions. The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful, providing useful directions and recommendations on places to visit. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-prepared. The breakfast spread was excellent and exceeded our expectations.

Clean, warm and spacious room. Beds are very comfortable. Easy self check-in when reception is closed. Kitchen with some coffee, tea and cookies which were very pleasant. The owner is easy to reach if you have any questions when reception closed. Ingrid was amazingly kind. Central location, easy to walk to Ica, bus station and restaurants. Will choose this hotel again.

Location is located in old town and very lovely place. Staff was so helpful and changed my room right away after I told her about the room she gave to me was not clean at all. Also, she transferred to a double room without any extra charges. Breakfast was normal. But good taste.

The glass igloo is an amazing experience. The igloo itself is small but functional, with a lot of hangers and "secret hidings". It also has a tiny toilet behind the bed, so you don't have to go out to the main building in the middle of the night. The igloo is located in the middle of nowhere, so from the glass (and warmth) you can admire the sky and stars or, if you are lucky as we were, the northern lights. The owner was helpful and very nice Spacious common space where simple breakfast is served in the morning
