Really nice and quiet setting. You can walk from the door with lots of nice places to eat and drink. Really close to the caves and Jasna, and Liptovsky Mara all by car or bus. The apartment is really nice, clean and amazing views from the balcony. It has everything you need to cook for yourself if you want. Tomas is really nice and friendly, check in was easy and he helped with suggestions of things to do in the area and with renting some e-bikes from nearby. Overall the perfect stay.

In this place, you feel like home. Room is cozy and neat, breakfast is super delicous and you can choose from variety of options. It was an amazing skiing holidays, when you can find a peaceful rest after an intense skiing day in a Troika place. I haven't been so pleasantly surprised at a Slovakian hotel in a long time. The service was excellent, the staff was very friendly, the room was beautifully new and spacious with a large balcony, and great for dogs. Restaurants with good food, the breakfast was rich, and the quality was at the level of more than a 3-star hotel. There was a diverse and well-chosen selection of wine to choose from. and It was close to nature, right on the slopes. The off-season price is really favorable.

    There is not much to do in the village in late autumn but...

    There is not much to do in the village in late autumn but it‘s a convenient location to explore the area. The surroundings are beautiful. If you are staying, take a walk to the lookout tower for a nice panoramic view. There is a fun park nearby which was closed when I was there on an afternoon. Also within a walking distance (~45 min) is the Demanovska Ice Cave (which was also closed in October).

    We went for the skiing.

    We went for the skiing. You had to be up and at the ski lift at least 45 minutes before it opened. This was to get a car parking space. The first day we parked on the road side and we were fined 50 euros. Also due to the distance from the house apres ski was impossible due to drink driving laws (zero tolerance) and they stopped our 70 year old guest and breathalaysed him. The house was warm to get back to and a very comfortable bed. No exciting places to eat near by either. Enjoyed it all but probably would not return - not the house but the area. The skiing was good particularly if you get over to Chopok, amazing weather every day.

    The house is in a good, quiet location, still quite close to the main road leading to the slopes. There is a convenient car park in the courtyard. Everything was very clean in the house. They offer an excellent breakfast, and there is also an optional dinner with great value. The staff is nice and helpful. Our room was very comfortable, room temperature pleasant, beds were high quality.

    Pavčina Lehota is the place to stay if you plan a summer holiday near Demanovska Dolina and the Low Tatras national park in general. Just above the house is a fantastic area for a little walk with extensive views, some herds of sheep grazing, a genuine taste of what is the region like. The house has all needed facilities, the room is large and the host is ready to help with anything. I recommend this place very much.

    Great value for money. Everything you need for a ski/snowboarding trip with friends (ski room, heating ski boots storage, room equipped with all required stuff to prepare breakfast and spend evening and night). Ski bus stop just next to the apartment (but watch out for timetables, as not all ski buses goes to Pavcina Lehota).
