Everything was excellent. The host was helpfull and friendly. We received boot heaters. Spacious place with possibilitie to prepare food, + dishwasher. It is not wisible in photos, but there also were separate wc in each room. Very clean. Sauna and jakuzi for extra fee (affordable price). Warm rooms, free wi fi. Good value for the money, best recommendations.

The owners are very friendly and helpful people. Because they were not aware that we were not yet in the house, they locked the door from the inside in the evening. After two minutes of trying to open the door, they had already heard us and opened the door. They apologised the next morning by making breakfast for us. Such nice people!! Thank you, and all the best for you! :)

I haven't been so pleasantly surprised at a Slovakian hotel in a long time. The service was excellent, the staff was very friendly, the room was beautifully new and spacious with a large balcony, and great for dogs. Restaurants with good food, the breakfast was rich, and the quality was at the level of more than a 3-star hotel. There was a diverse and well-chosen selection of wine to choose from. and It was close to nature, right on the slopes. The off-season price is really favorable.

My adult daughter and I had a great stay at Penzion Drak for 5 nights in January 2025. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and warm. The ski lockers have heated boot racks. The shuttle to the ski resort was convenient each morning and they will pick you up each afternoon if you let them know when. Breakfast had a wide variety of choices. The two best aspects were the dinners (we had half board included) and the staff who were amazingly friendly and helpful. If you are looking to stay near Jasna Ski Resort or nearby Aquapark, we thoroughly recommend Penzion Drak.
