Brand new boutique hotel that will certainly become the reference of hospitality locally : stunning view and access to the lagune and the ocean, spacious room with high quality materials, gastronomique food and the quality of services. WouroBa is an absolutely fantastic property. Our room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The facilities were great – a pool and a gorgeous lounge area. Our hosts, Veronique and Latif, could not have been more hospitable, really going out of their way to ensure we had a good stay. Veronique is an exceptional cook and serves phenomenal breakfasts too! Finally, the area was great for us. Near enough to Fadiouth to visit as a daytrip, and only a short walk to Mbodiene’s lagoon. If you’re interested in birds you will see some incredible species in the garden at WouroBa as well as in the surrounding area.

This place was a wonderful oasis of calm. The staff were lovely and very patient with our very poor French language skills. The breakfasts were simple but filling. We pre-ordered our evening meals which were delicious - fresh and flavoursome. The compound is well kept and attractive, and the pool was very welcome. Our beds were comfortable, bathrooms were clean, hot water was plentiful. The owner was very helpful with sorting out transport [cars and drivers] for us. This place was perfect for our needs and we would absolutely stay here again if we were in the area.

We had a very nice stay at La Femne Noire. Nice and clean room with very comfy bed. Well located close to all services and walking distance to the island. Wifi was a plus. Recommend to everyone visiting Joal Fadiouth island.

Quiet and cozy hotel located by the beach.The food is simply great and all the staff is lovely and careful. The rooms have a king size bed very comfortable and a nice bathroom with a shower. It is about 30min distance by car from Saly. Perfect choice!
