The most amazing parts were 1) The view and the pool obviously 2) The always smiling and helpful staff which makes you feel so comfortable and welcomed always. Our request for early checking was granted and it was a really smooth check in even though I couldn’t get the name of the lady who checked us in. Throughout our trip Ms. Si and Ms. Wawa were always so helpful and booked cab for us multiple times and also facilitated when my husband asked for a decorated brownie for our anniversary. Ms. Soe from the housekeeping was always thorough with her job. 3) The food. There was a lot of variety and food portions were great. The dining area was an amazing soothing place sit and have food. Mr. Rosan (The chef) always made amazing food and Ms. Af and Mr. mix always made the dining experience so much better with their excellent service. 4) The shuttle service. It was convenient and they also dropped off on the way if you wished so could help you save one way fare. I would also like to mention that the room and the bedding and towels were absolutely clean as i was worried about it before going as had read some negative comments. Didnt need the extra sheets or pillow covers i brought with me as caution and the bed was very comfortable. Me and my husband were here to celebrate our wedding anniversary and have few quite days to ourselves relaxing with a great view and pool. We spent most of the time in our pool and didnt feel like we needed to leave the hotel much so it being secluded was not an issue for us. This was our yearly vacation and we do save and spend lavishly during these, its good value for money. Was worth every penny spent. We booked their room with grand ocean view and its highly recomended as i doubt we would have enjoyed being indoors so much without the view and sunset.

The host of the hotel was incredibly kind and polite. We had a sunburn and she gave us some of her homemade aloe vera lotion to ease the pain. For sure we didn‘t ask for that. Generally the hotel is very close to the beach, it’s clean, rooms are big with comfy beds and you get complimentary water/instant coffee every day. We would definitely book the hotel again :). If you stay there, you should spend a day at Surin Beach by the way. It‘s such a beautiful beach!!!! You can easily get there from the nearby smart bus station for 100 Bath.

I couldn't fault our stay at this hotel. The property is brand new and very clean. Our 2-bedroom suite was spacious, with plenty of storage and basic kitchen amenities. The rooms were cleaned daily, including a full bed linen change. The breakfast had a good variety of choices, and the lunch and dinner at the hotel restaurant were tasty and reasonably priced. Every night, they host a BBQ skewer event at the rooftop pool/bar, which is a nice way to relax after a busy day. The staff were friendly and helpful. There were some minor quirks, like the cash deposit and room check at checkout, but these weren't major issues. Initially, we were concerned about the distance from the center, but we came to appreciate the short 5-7 minute walk to the beach. For context, we are a healthy family with older teenagers, so this walk was fine for us. It might be more challenging for those with strollers or mobility issues. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would gladly return. Highly recommended!

    There is a village feel to Kamala Beach, you can easily walk to shops, restaurants etc. Lots of local stalls for drinks, food, massages, sun loungers etc right on the beach. Later in the day beach volleyball is very popular - casual horseriding, jet skis, surfing and parasailing available. Some walkways/footpaths along the beach restaurant areas have been upgraded in the past 2 years - so much easier. There are now 3 supermarkets on the main road. This area is very popular with something for everyone. Our absolute favourite area in Phuket.

    It is a good beach with surf and facilities all along the beachfront. Shade from trees and plenty of chairs to hire. Food drink and massage readily available and also surf board, boogie board hire - lessons if wanted.

    The beach was clean .

    The beach was clean . There were designated areas that had clear notices saying it was dangerous to swim . There was an area that wasn’t designated dangerous for swimmers where the waves weren’t big. Lovely to sit and watch the water. There are lots of little restaurants along the Beach.

    Kamala Beach is much quieter than Patong.

    Kamala Beach is much quieter than Patong. Good for those who do not need a marijuana outlet on every corner or taking your life in your hand crossing the road. Good for families or more mature people who do not need to be entertained 24//7. Everything you need is within walking distance including supermarkets, public transport (though not very frequent), and a lot of restaurants and bars.

    Been going to Phuket for years, sorry to say Phuket is not as nice any more, to much traffic and the prices have gone up silly, the green fields are all being built on close to the sea. This is not Thailand, it's more like tourist paradice.

    if you're into chill beaches, this is the one for you! not overcrowded, not too many kids, not loud and drunk tourists, decent amount of restaurants next to the beach... regarding beach experience itself - I would say it was clean, water is also without garbage, and high and low tide dont affect too much water experience

    I felt very welcome and comfortable in the hotel. I was travelling alone and thought this was the perfect place to return to after a long day exploring Phuket. The elevated location had beautiful views of Kamala Bay. A real oasis of calm and tranquility. I loved it.
