Close to the beach, but around here are so many different resturants, bars and ofcourse the beach. Staff is nice and welcoming I enjoyed my short stay will stay longer next time. I think then I can leave a more developped review

    Great, long and clean beach.

    Great, long and clean beach. Sadly, the sea was too rough for swimming most of the time, but OK for splashing through the waves. It occasionally calmed down in the late afternoon/evening. This was in low season, so to be expected. A bit naughty, the sun bed vendors required the same price (100 Baht) irrespective of how long or short a time you wanted to use them. I've no idea how (or if) they remembered you had paid if you went off for lunch etc.

    Kata is a lovely beach There are some expensive hotels that are directly fronting the beach and so their staff clean the beach each day. Beach chairs are available but not so many that they cannot be avoided if you just want to walk on the beach. At the time of year I was there the main activity was surfing at the southern end with many people taking lessons. Some nice cafes right on the beach at the southern end which is the nicest part.

    Our first time it was exceptional,the staff was great.Our room was the most impressive,especially the view of the beach from the balcony.Lots of great resturant around to choose from.Also 7/11 close by Easy to get around we did the night market zoo shopping mall.

    It's a long beach, not too crowded, and quite clean.

    It's a long beach, not too crowded, and quite clean. You can get a 2 chairs under the umbrella for 100 THB for the whole day, they even give you a hand broom to brush off the sand and a bottle of water. There is a clean toilet nearby which you can use spending 10 THB.

    beautifull beach that can be busy and too much waves in the afternoon. And if you like to swim and quiet like me, the best is in the morning but then again I was there in a low season (raining) so nice for a week

    Nice guesthouse hotel with simple room amenities; nothing fancy but it matched my expectations. Hotel manager was nice and welcoming. Note that the ground level looks more like a laundry shop than a hotel; which may confuse new guests at first. At least, that means you can get your clothes cleaned quickly! Many restaurants nearby made this hotel a good resting spot for your Phuket holidays.

    Our stay at the hotel in Phuket was satisfactory. The apartments, while basic, provided us with everything we needed for our stay. However, the beds were quite hard, which might not suit everyone’s comfort preferences. On the positive side, the staff was very nice and accommodating. They went out of their way to provide us with an extra layer for our bed, which greatly improved our comfort.

    I have stayed at different locations in Phuket and this was by the best hotel I have stayed at. Kata is a great place to stay. Being right on the beach gave fantastic access. Staff very friendly and helpful. Awesome pool to laze in and great service at the pool bar. Plenty of night-life and day activities. Will definitely be coming back.

    The rooms were clean, very comfortable, delicious breakfast with lovely bagel and croissant and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make my stay enjoyable. 5 mins walking to the Kata Noi beach. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Phuket.
