Good food and shopping price were reasonable. Easy transportation with tuktuk. Central Hatyai was great. Asian night market was not as much good items as before...was a bit let down... We are a group of senior citizens, so we didn't travel much, we just enjoyed the food and shopping.

I used to come to Hadyai 3x a year.

I used to come to Hadyai 3x a year. It's o lovely place to go round till songkla and other places. The Grab car is very nice n all the drivers are good to us. I will be coming again next year 2026. In Sya Allah

I am considering retirement in HY and this first stay was a...

I am considering retirement in HY and this first stay was a real help to decide. I really like HY. There is so much I haven't seen on this trip but I will return in a couple of months. BOLT is a great way to get around, average journey price 55 baht (april 2025) BOLT drivers are amazing, you can have a car turn up in 2 minutes and be on your way. The selection of food in HY is off the scale. I have not met one person who was unkind or rude. I have had a couple of bad experiences in cafes with cold food or slow service but nothing to put me off returning to this city.

Lots of places to visit and reasonable rates.

Lots of places to visit and reasonable rates. Great choices for food with delicious, fresh street food to great restaurants - choices to fit different budgets. Great for family vacation as it is more than just a place to shop. With the hot and humid weather, best to dress with light clothing. You can negotiate for day rates with various drivers and this will make it easier for your going to different places around Hatyai.

Good place to visit.

Good place to visit. Many good places to visit in Hat Yai and Songkhla. Gooden Statue Mermaid, Stainless Steel Temple, 4-Face Buddha, Floating Market etc. Foods are good and very cheap. Grab for transport is cheap too. People here are very nice. My only wish for them is to learn more English and so, they can earn more !!

A nice town.

A nice town. I'm sure there's a lot more to explore there which I unfortunately couldn't in just one morning (on my way to my main destination in southern Thailand) and with just one night's stay (on my way back home in Malaysia).

Courteous reception, away fr d city hustle n bustle unlike Lee Garden area u probably hear lots of noise, room is clean n with balcony .I like rooms without carpet. King size bed which is great for 2A /1C. Makro, Central Festival Mall, Asean Night Bazaar n Greenway Night Mkt is jz nearby. Hotel provide shuttle service to selected areas n as well as pick up. Stay here if u hv car. I dont mind to stay here again in future

I like everything about this hotel, my first time trip to Hat Yai with my friends and we're so lucky to stay in this hotel, the staffs all friendly and welcoming, feel free to help us, the room was spacious and clean, they also provide us big fridge to place our foods and drinks, very near to almost attractive places and walking distance...I'll repeat to stay here for my next visit, promise!!!

U Hatyai Hotel provide decent free breakfast: fried mihun, sliced bread, porridge, tea/coffee. The room and bathroom were clean. Hotel is located at short distance to the busy Lee Garden Plaza, plenty of street shopping, food, etc. The hotel location is good, I would recommend staying. Have good time in Hatyai.

Very close to Hat Yai Airport for a stopover before an early morning flight. Lovely pool area. Very comfy bed with clean soft bedding. Great buffet breakfast with good variety. Quiet efficient aircon in room. A very nice modern hotel very convenient for Airport.
