The air was so fresh and clean it really felt like a break from the busy city life. The sunsets were absolutely beatiful. We went on a fishing trip by boat and also rented a scooter to explore the island — both were amazing experiences. Overall, such a fun and relaxing stay. Would totally recommend!

It’s a magical place, I didn’t want to leave. So chilled, close to the beach and loads of great restaurants, cafes and shops. Ing and Om are both really helpful. FYI there is no cash point on the Island.

This Resort was amazing, we had the beachfront 2 bedroom bungalow. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant food was excellent. The property was well maintained and close to other restaurants. We went in the low season and it was perfect nice and quiet with the beach to ourselves. Loved our 8 night stay here. Thankyou Starlight.

We highly recommend JJ’s! Everyone working there is very friendly and helpful. You could not ask for more! The staff and owner of JJ’s treat people like family - it was a complete pleasure staying there! The standard of cleanliness in the rooms is very high. The food in the restaurant is very good. There’s an excellent chef at JJ’s! The location is great! Excellent value for money! We look forward to returning to JJ’s!

The bungalow was clean, had a private toilet and shower. The shower is cold but that was no problem for me. Lek and his staff are most kind. I was coming from Surat Thani and lek arranged a seat for me on a local van costing only 300bat. The garden and pont with lilies is stunning. You can hear the people around you but there is an understanding of being quiet. The best was a little hard to my taste but I’ve slept on beds in Thailand that were a lot firmer. The location is close to a beach and with a scooter you can get around easily to other beaches. As a solo traveler it was a little challenging to connect to others, cuz there are a lot of couples on the island. I would come back here.

Cant recommend this resort highly enough. Stunning location, great bungalows, and fantastic staff. I will be back many times. Also, delicious restaurant (thanks chef) with room service for when you just can't be bothered to get out of the hammock

Great hosts, great nature surroundings, great atmosphere, one feel like at home. A great experience. I can highly recommend the big house for those in search of peace, nature, simplicity. Thailand as it once was. Basic though, but it has to be so to perfectly fit in the surroundings.

I absolutely loved staying at Sawasdee. Fon and Nuy have created a little spot of paradise. The bungalows were lovely, so clean and decorated with love and care. I especially loved the aesthetic of the bathroom! What else - delicious food, wonderful views, fast WiFi. I would definitely recommend!
