He was very attentive to all our requests and perfectly organized our late arrival at 3 AM. He patiently explained everything we needed to know for our stay, which helped us have an amazing vacation. The Marhaba Hotel is modern, clean and beautifully decorated. We were warmly greeted by reception desk and right away offered to first have a lunch and then continue with check in process which we highly appreciated. During our stay we enjoyed tasty meals, lovely cocktails by the bar, view from our room, the evening entertainment and chilling by the pool. However, the highlight for us was the polite and friendly hotel personel. Many thanks to all the team for taking such a good care of us.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, largely thanks to the amazing staff. OLFA, TAIEB and EL FAHEM, at the front desk were incredibly welcoming and helpful. From the moment I checked in, EL FAHEM’s warm smile and efficient service made me feel at home. OLFA arranged with my towels and warm smiling all the time with great hospitality . TAIEB went above and beyond, helping me arrange parking and recommending a fantastic restaurant for eating. TAIEB was so attentive, always ready to answer my questions about local attractions with great patience. Their professionalism and friendliness truly elevated my experience. I’ll definitely choose this hotel again just for their outstanding service!
