This guesthouse is the perfect base for exploring Priene and Milet, possibly also Didyma (the latter is not an attractive town to stay, so it's worth the drive back to Bahab). The property is a short drive up from the main road through the village (over spiky heritage cobblestones). The room was beautifully furnished, very comfortable bed, good bathroom. Easy parking on the premises. There is an idyllic garden, and it's super quiet (no music, juhu!). Very good breakfast. The host (fluent English speaker) was super helpful: on a Monday, the two restaurants just minutes away were closed, so he drove me to and from a restaurant in the village as I was not keen to brave the cobblestones again in my small hire car. I am still grateful.

Easy to find, beautiful building with nice ocean view, in a quite area. The pool lights up at night and it is pretty. The building is practically new. Great communication by staff. The apartment is very spacious. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen and all items are super clean. I wish I could be here for longer.

I don’t know why, but I thought this hotel was going to be a cheesy old property. WAS I SURPRISED to arrive at a modern, well-cared-for boutique hotel just 50 meters from the beach! The owners, Sedat and his wife, Dr. G, were there—and they treated us like family. I got sick, and Dr. G kindly checked on me and even gifted me some medication since the pharmacies were closed. That was truly above and beyond anything I expected! Sedat was also more than happy to offer recommendations and practical help with restaurants, tours, or anything else we needed. I loved this place. If we ever come back to Kuşadası, I wouldn’t even consider staying anywhere else!

Location was great. Staff went out of their way to assist us and make recommendations. Breakfast was lovely. Our room with a sitting area overlooking the pool was huge and had great lighting! We only stayed 4 days and wished we could have stayed longer. It is a perfect property for a long stay.
