The hotel is new, clean, and quiet. The staff is very helpful, as we missed the flight time when returning from Ordu to Istanbul. The administration staff helped us to contact Turkish Airlines and booked us, thank God, from the center call on the same day. Amazing new hotel! Everything is clean, cozy, and feels fresh. The breakfast could be a bit more varied, but you definitely won’t go hungry. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Due to some family reasons, we had to leave earlier than planned, and the hotel kindly refunded the unused nights without any issues. Really appreciate the hospitality — we’ll definitely be back!
