Staying at this hotel was an unforgettable experience. It felt like living in a cave, yet with all the modern comforts. The room was spacious and beautifully designed, offering a unique charm that matched the magic of Cappadocia. The rooftop breakfast was a highlight, with a stunning view that made each morning special. The location is perfect too, just a short walk to Göreme town, making it easy to explore. But what truly stood out was the kindness of the staff. I was in pain during my stay, and their care and support went above and beyond. I truly owe them a big thank you. This place is more than just a hotel, it’s an experience. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area.

Rooms are clean, comfortable and well equipped. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. The view on the rooftop and from the restaurant is amazing - perfect for balloon watching. Breakfast is the best I have eaten in Turkey - freshly made, diverse and tasty. Location is also a big plus.

The warm hospitality of the staffs. The hotel provides activities and tours that you can sign up with. We booked a green tour with them and was given a private tour instead as it was low season. We were given free upgrade to the king suite room which was awesome. The daily breakfast provided at the hotel restaurant was also great, comes with hot selection, on the last day of our stay, it was a buffet spread and it was delicious, the good service given by the restaurant staff was also excellent.

I absolutely LOVED the breakfast. The different varieties was so awesome. Staff was kind and location was perfect. Was able to get some good photos of the hot air balloon in the background. They came real close to where we were standing.

Everything! The ambience, atmosphere, design, staff, rooms comfort - everything is perfect! I have to mention the hotel’s breakfasts. They are incredible. And the opportunity to watch the balloons on the terrace of the hotel. With coffee and tea served! I want to thank Juzuf in particular, who welcomed our group at the restaurant. He’s very nice, attentive, helpful and is always eager to solve any problems. Highly recommend Carus Cappadocia

    Not much In the area.

    Not much In the area. Expensive restaurant and shop as they have no competition. Goreme was an hour walk and had great restaurants there and cheaper beer and wine. Do not shop in cavusin as it’s a rip off

    Room with jacuzzi was awesome and nice big windows also that we were able to see the balloons early in the morning from balconies. Very testy Turkish authentic breakfast, well prepared and served by the staff members all excellent. Location was super near by love valley. Glad that l choosed this hotel. Stone decorations are brings you to the past and future also. They even had bathrops in the room very thoughtful. Big spacey room everything has been thought by the management.

    Overall stay was excellent.. even though our hot air ballon ride was cancel we still had a good one day trip.. room and bathroom was very clean especially with hot warm water.. breakfast was just amazing actually more than enough we wer so full.. The owner of the hotel was very hospitable and really helped us for booking our bus back to ankara and horse riding activities in a good price 😀

    I lost my flight connection and ended up arriving at 3am. The staff adapted pick up time for me in Kayseri airport and made sure I could do my check in, even in the middle of the night. Breakfast was super delicious and generous. The hotel is close to Monks' valley, you can walk there, and close to a bus stop to Avanos and Göreme.
