My room was fabulous as I had the right superior room, it was spotless clean. Had an artificial fireplace that lit up as it was the cold season. The breeze from the beach topped it. The prices for food were cheap and was so delicious on a platter, Breakfast was delicious I couldn't be more happy about the services there, The menu they have have varieties of meats, cold drinks, shakes, deserts, etc and the staff were brilliant they take care of the Customers very well. So many restaurants and Hotels along the same road and a very long pathway for a walk along the beach.

Our stay at Villa Business hotel has been one of our most memorable experiences in Turkey! What for us is normally quite a boring stopover near Istanbul airport has this time been such a happy and heartwarming experience. This is all thank you to the most amazing, kind and friendly team of staff. From the moment I booked our stay online, to the time we left, they have been fantastic!! We arrived very late at night and the young man on reception was so welcoming and friendly. He told us that our room had been upgraded and brought some tea and delicious Turkish delight up to our room, even though it was midnight. The room we stayed in was a Deluxe which had everything we possibly needed and it was all very clean! Lovely shower with huge rain head and the bath tub and balcony had great views of the Black Sea! The bed in our room was soooo comfortable too! Our included breakfast was delicious, and again the staff were all very friendly and helpful. We never mentioned it to anyone, but this stay was about my husband and I spending a last day together before I go off to work for a few months, and it’s as if they knew because of the special way they treated us! The young lady on reception the following day was very helpful and absolutely delightful! When we left, it was very early in the morning, but we were given a packed breakfast for our journey. We had our own car so I cannot comment on the airport transfer, but I can say that we felt that our car was secure with cameras facing in all directions. Thank you Villa Business hotel, you are our new favourite hotel in Karaburun!! We wish you all the best!!!

Most of all the staff, they were friendly. Tentative in wanting to meet all your needs whatever they were.. The location was fantastic, I couldn’t have a better location. The food was absolutely excellent fresh pot and everything that you would want. Excellently prepared. Requests were taken care of immediately. Tranquility/peaceful is the environment of the hotel.

The hotel was perfect for our needs - an overnight stay...

The hotel was perfect for our needs - an overnight stay close to Istanbul airport but away from the traffic chaos and bustle of a big international airport. The room was comfortable, clean and spacious. The bathroom was well-appointed with great water pressure in the shower. The hotel staff were welcoming and attentive. The traditional Turkish breakfast was great, with perfectly cooked eggs. The transfer from the airport was, however, a disaster. There was no indication which of the men at the rendezvous point was meeting us and after we eventually found our greeter, we had to wait over 30 minutes for the driver. The hotel staff were apologetic and made sure our transfer the next day was on time.

This is a newly built seaside location, with nice beach...

This is a newly built seaside location, with nice beach front walks and up and coming businesses. Unfortunately, of the 3 days we were there, swimming was prohibited for 2, with police and lifeguards chasing people out of the water. Luckily, on day 3 - even though the waves were the same - we were allowed to go in. The place is popular with locals, on weekend the beach was full of families all day, and full of people with picnics in the evening.

Karaburun is a nice small town on the Black Sea.

Karaburun is a nice small town on the Black Sea. If you can see the difference between the Black Sea and Marmara, or the Mediterranean, it is a place for you. It is a place for reflection and relaxation. If you are an aviation fan as I am Karaburun is in proximity of Istanbul airport. And you can see those gorgeous airplanes taking off and landing.

Town needs more investment.

Town needs more investment. Beachfront seems to be in good shape. We were only on the beach briefly and it was dark, but it seemed like there was a lot of trash. Could be quite lovely with not much effort.

Very nice small village with view of the sea and access to...

Very nice small village with view of the sea and access to the beach, and to a very nice seafood restaurant. I highly recommend going to that restaurant called: Karaburun Hanimeli Balik Restaurant. Be ware of street dogs, few were aggressive and tried to attack me. Ideally speaking, either walk to Hanimeli Balik restaurant accompanied by a local, or take a taxi. Not a good idea to walk the streets with children.

It was very quiet in Karaburun the night I was there in mid...

It was very quiet in Karaburun the night I was there in mid January. A cold front was coming through and the wind was howling at 80km/hr and the rain was horizontal. The hotel was cozy with a wood stove in the restaurant/bar. There wasn't a soul in sight outside, and with good reason :-)
