The staff were really attentive. I don’t think that I have been to a hotel where the staff have been so helpful. Everywhere I stayed in Turkey the hotels were great but these guys really put a lot of pride in their service. Thank you Alves Hotel. I hope you guys this level of hospitality next time you go on holiday.

We reached the hotel a little late but all was ready and welcoming without any hassle. They also allowed to eat and enjoy our pizza bought from outside and provided everything from glass.. Spoon.. fork.. plate without even us asking... It was very good and will always remember this hotel when thinking of visiting this area again

Nice and comfy hotel with rich cultural history. The hotel is central and located right next to a bazaar. I really enjoyed spending time in the open area restaurant. Excellent food and service-minded staff. The reception staff can help you with organizing day trips outside Izmir. They arranged two trips for me and a few other guests to Pamukkale and Ephesus for a budget-friendly price. I was travelling alone to Izmir but they gathered a few other guests from the hotel for the trips which made the tours cheaper.
