This was the most exceptional customer service I have ever received in a hotel! I would recommend to all of my friends traveling to the Istanbul area to spend a week at Mavi At Hotel! The rooms are large and beautiful, the breakfast is delicious, the onsite horseback riding is great, and ALL of the staff are incredibly friendly, especially Ali the Hotel Manager. Could not recommend more highly!

I’ve stayed in this hotel for almost 2 weeks and had the most amazing experience ever. The room was very comfy, nice and spacious, amazing view from the windows.
