The hotel is only three months old, and it shows. Everything was brand new, super clean, and in good condition. The hotel is next to the fish market and very close to the Dolmus. However, the actual street is not the most pleasant and rather dirty. We understand that this is outside the hotel's responsibility.

The owner his mother and the rest of the staff made us feel very welcome, what a nice people. The decoration of the Abies is wonderful, the breakfast simple but good. There are 3 different rooms, but all have vry good wifi, a watercoocker a fridge, TV and airco. The smallest room is perfect for one night, if you plann or staying longer (and do so!) then choose one of the larger rooms. It is a place I hope to visit again in the future. It is located perfectly close to the center and close to the beach.

It was great for our 2 night stay. Comfortable quiet room. Excellent breakfast & free parking close by and friendly staff and around the corner from restaurants, cafes and bars. We really enjoyed the area.
