My stay was very good. The hotel is located right in the heart of Tokat old town and features a beautiful design. The restaurant has a courtyard ambiance, and live music is played quite often. The breakfast was delicious, and the room was impeccably clean. The management and staff were very friendly and polite. I would like to extend my special thanks to Ceyda for her excellent language and interpersonal skills, as well as her great communication and kindness.

The apartment building is just next to the bus terminal. Very suitable for those who need to use the bus terminal to branch off from Tokat. The first room they they offered us was very bad (far away from the router- no wifi, very poor facilities, very stinky smoking smell). we stayed in that room for a night and requested to switch room. The staff responded quickly to our request. Cleaning staff entertained always give us the supplies that we requested.

Great hotel in the very heart of Tokat. Outstandingly friendly and helpful staff granted us an early check in and did everything to make our stay really pleasant. Clean and comfortable room. Good breakfast. All sites at walking distance. Unbeatable price. Highly recommended.
