Fantastic hotel! efficient helpful staff. The hotel itself is stunning, beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The room was large clean, well appointed with a gorgeous marble 'Hollywood' bathroom, with nice expensive designer toiletries. Great view from balcony. Breakfast was amazing a huge buffet, and the half board three course dinner was very good. The indoor pool is lovely, warm slightly salty water and beautifully lit at night. My partner had a Swedish massage in the spa which was very good

Very good hotel just 3 minutes from the Black Sea coast. Located near the beach, a stadium with a running track, a sports ground with horizontal bars. There are also many good cafes with a sea view around. Friendly staff who are constantly working to improve the service. Highly recommended.

our experience was totally nice in the hotel , inside the Viaport Asia outlet where you can shop and take rest easily in the hotel. the room was spacious and the staff were cooperative specially LAMA who can talk in Arabic and DUNIA , both were helpful and supportive there were free airport shuttle with luxury car Thank you Crown Plaza Istanbul - Asia for the luxury experience.
