Our stay at the villa was a wonderful experience. The villa was spacious, clean, and matched the photos exactly. It had all the amenities we needed for our extended family visit. As for the layout, the ground floor features an entrance area, a kitchen and dining area that extends into the living room, a balcony with a table for 4-5 people overlooking the pool, and a bathroom. Upstairs contains two bedrooms, each with a double bed, storage space, two balconies, and a secondary bathroom. The downstairs accommodates at least three adults with a single bed, a bunk bed, and an L-shaped sofa. The villa is conveniently located, being a short drive from the main beach (around 5 km, 5-10 minutes car drive) and Fethiye (around 10 km). The hosts, a young couple, were very welcoming. They personally handed us the keys and greeted us with cookies and tea. They suggested key places to visit and recommended firms for activities. They were also readily available via phone and WhatsApp during our stay, which was very helpful.

Very Nice, Clean and Reasonably Priced. I was first attracted to this property because of the very good price of our stay. I was worried that it wouldn’t be very nice initially as other hotels in the same price range were quite gross. But this property was very nice, clean and secure, the staff were very lovely and helpful and everything felt very transparent. We even got a very fairly priced laundry service (in comparison to other hotels trying to charge 20€). Only thing was a small plumbing issue, but they fixed everything right away and by the time we got back to our room for the night everything was fixed and also cleaned with new fresh towels and all. There was also a nice clean pool to swim in and the breakfast was very nice as well.
