Really near Xincheng TRA, like literally visible from the exit. We booked here cos we wanted to have easy access to buses headed to Taroko for our trails. It's quite a distance from xincheng old street (where most of the eateries are) but you'll find a lot of good food if you're willing to walk (10-15mins) towards the stretch near 7-eleven or family mart. STARRY Inn provides breakfast & they try not to repeat depending on the number of days you stay, do let them know of your food restrictions. Staff were extremely helpful and kind! The lady boss even ran to the train platform to catch us when she found my dad's iPod left in the room after our check out!!! So so thankful for their hospitality and kindness!

Amazing place, the location is quite good for getting to taroko national park, and it's within walking distance of the station, where you can hire bikes etc. great landlady, and an excellent breakfast.

Our stay at Taroko Coffee Farm was truly memorable, and it’s all thanks to your warm hospitality and the wonderful environment you have created. The farm is absolutely stunning, offering plenty of space to relax and unwind. We appreciated the clean and safe surroundings, which made it perfect for our family, especially for the children. The main meeting room was a lovely space for us to come together, and we thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity to play on the piano. Thank you for sharing the rich history and culture of the aboriginal Taroko tribe with us—it was both fascinating and meaningful. Room is big and spacious and clean but it is not modern. Need to climb stairs to room. Breakfast was bun, jam, banana glutinous rice and tea. Owner is two nice friendly old couple of Taroko tribe in their seventies. They are really courteous and friendly and told us about their Taroko life. The husband is a Pastor. The wife dress up my daughter in Taroko tribe costumes for us to have photo shoots. We had a nice time chatting with them over breakfast. Place is just outside Taroko National Park. Nice and cheap food can be found in restaurants nearby. The wife recommended a good and cheap eating place for dinner. Parking is free.

Nice atmosphere. A lot of advice for everything in the environment of the hostel. Room and facilities were clean. Free coffee and snacks. Kitchen can be used. Got even vegetables for cooking from Susi. Extended our stay from 2 to 5 nights. Nice common area.

I like the easy check in and very convenient. Joyce who is the house manager, she provides the whole information around the hostel and traffic to go old street and train station. The room is good, clean and quiet.
