The Deluxe King Room was phenomenal. Extremely comfortable and luxurious, with everything you could need. Staff were always waiting to open your car door and were very welcoming every time we arrived back. The price is very affordable for what you get. For the price of a cheap hotel in London, you get a 5 Star service and a luxury room. Room service was also great. Good food that came in a reasonable timeframe.

Great location, wifi easy to connect, didn’t have time to experience other facilities but very close to areas where I need to go to including local shopping centres. Great value for money. Very good customer service. No doubt will stay again Has USB ports for charging which I prefer also.

Receptionists (day and night shifts) are awesome! Helpful, friendly and professional. Couldn’t believe that we got upgraded (thanks to staff). The room was cozy, lovely and clean. Staff replied message soon and helped. Walkable distance (less than 10 minutes) to metro. The price was fabulous!! Strongly recommend to visitors, definitely come back next time visit Taichung.

-Staff of check in counter is very helpful and assist us in many way such as Taxi booking app , luggage keeping and etc.. make our stay very comfortable and enjoyable -Luggage store is very efficient and hotel guests friendly. (using individual locker type with access key card ) - There is big pantry with coffee machine, oven, plates and cup ! ambience of the pantry is superb cozy and you can have your meals anytime there with your families, friends etc - Room is so clean and toilet design is so classy . we love it ❣️ -Location is quite strategic. About 15 mins taxi ride to HSR Taichung station .
