Great hotel in a lively position, the river passing just by the side, the main road with restaurants and shops on the corner. Nice view from the rooftop restaurant and amazing hot springs spa. I would definitely stay there again if I go to Taiwan in the future.

The receptionists are all well trained and friendly. Hotel location is superb, near to the Ximen Metro exit. There is no worried about carrying luggage as you can easily access the escalator at Metro exit. Personally felt thankful that we picked this hotel as our stay for 3 days as we met Typhoon Kong Rey, the hotel provides FOC laundry services and free cup noodles each night which is a value added point especially during Typhoon time. Hotel front door is steps away from the Ximen subway station. The laundry facility is great and it is not expensive at all, we used it twice on our 5 nights stay. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. They helped us to book a taxi to airport at 4:30am.

I thought the hotel was one of the biggest highlights of our trip to Taiwan. The room was incredibly spacious and it felt very cosy and classy at the same time. I'm very particular about hotels not being crowded and I was really happy with how there were barely any people and if there were it wasn't noisy or messy. The staff was really friendly and helpful to us as well! I really enjoyed their social hours at the lobby, its an interesting way to make your guests interact organically.
