Great location in the Alishan hotel district, staff were super friendly, funny and helpful. Great room after a recent refurb, really slick and nice touch to give slippers for the wet room to keep your feet dry after a shower :)

The family at the tea farm were so friendly and welcoming, and we had the best food here in our whole trip to Taiwan. It is only 15 minutes drive from the forest railway and there were lots of hiking trails nearby. The room was basic but fine, with a large shared lounge area. we were there when the weather was cold and there was a heater we could use.
