Food is very affordable in Dar and there are plenty of food options. Getting around Dar is so easy as you can use the Bolt app where it is affordable. I had dinner at Orchid Cafe which had a cozy vibe. Experienced night life in Wavuvi and Samaki Samaki and it was very memorable since they play all song genres. I relocated from the Peacock Hotel to The Southern Sun Hotel, and this was the best decision I made. The coral beach and slipway were great to hang out at and eat. Bolt was the God sent and easy way to get around Dar es Salaam, and reasonably priced.
