The location is great, has a nice beach holidays vibe with only 8 bungalow, so a cozy place and not crowded. Mainly polish and Italians when we were there. We slept 8 nights in a twin bed room, no sea view but the beach was right outside the door. Mattress were super comfortable and air conditioning was working well, there was no sea breeze in our specific room. Pressure in the shower was also there which is a plus. We were very much impressed with the good food from the restaurant, from breakfast to dinner. The staff was prepared and nice, really a good team work. We had few power outages as it is normal on the island but the generator is working well and electricity is back in few minutes. A plus, you have also free water all day which is great with such temperatures. Thank you Magda and the Poa Poa Team for the nice stay!

The best choice I could have made... Clean and spacious rooms with a stunning seaview from the big terrace (I had de Deluxe room), surrounded by plenty of plants and trees. The beds are very comfy and the curtains refrain the sun from waking you up in the early morning, what is not really common in Zanzibar. The staff is simply awesome and caring for all your needs, so that you can just relax and enjoy your stay. I liked it so much that I will come back in a few days, so I don't need to say that I highly recommend this beautiful place... A special thanks to Daniele, the hotel manager, and Mohamed, the restaurant manager who cooked for my special needs and always had a few kind words to share with me... See you soon 😊

The staff at Alpha Boutique were very pleasant and eager to ensure we were comfortable.They welcomed us in when we requested for early check in given our flight time and also took the initiative to send an airport shuttle upon our arrival at 3am. The rooms were very clean, Tacha and Rasheed were excellent!

It was a beautiful setting the beach the sea the staff , zanzibar was a very beautiful place will definitely go back , the trips we went on where brilliant, and the safari well that was the high light , and I got to say a very big thank too ivana she sorted it out and wasn't even in work , so if you got any trips you want to go on , she's the one too see very helpful 😀 .the staff are fantastic and you won't meet more helpful people very very friendly which is a massive help 😀 😉 .

This place is incredible. Location (5 mins walk from beach and numerous shops and restaurants nearby) Spacious, comfortable and light room and outdoor area, while nicely private Great well-equipped open-air kitchen, with washing machine and drying lines Host was always on-hand to address any questions or needs we had Nice back-up for power outages (didn't really notice other than one extended outage, which is normal for Zanzibar) Wifi good enough for remote working

We liked that the hotel was very clean and safe, by far the best location we visited in Zanzibar. Our room was very cozy, comfortable bed and nice private patio! The staff is great and very helpful with resort issues and also with organizing transfer! Very good prices for everything and good value. The private beach is well furnished with many swings, perfect to relax and for beautiful photos, especially the swing in the ocean.

It was a great and clean place, with amazing spa facilities and very friendly staff. The pool bar has great mock- and cocktails. The scale of the hotel is not too big, giving it a cosy atmosphere. We also enjoyed the variety of menu options and the quality of the restaurant, especially the tuna tartare and moyo pizza. From all the places we’ve been on Zanzibar, this is definitely our favourite.
